Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 business days after placing the order. Deliveries to remote areas may take slightly longer.

Yes. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a tracking link via email and SMS.

6. Can I order testers or samples?

FLORAIRE SCENTS Return & Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns


  • We accept returns or exchanges only if:


    The item arrives damaged,


    or there is a wrong item sent.



  • Perfumes that have been opened, used, or tested cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Time Frame


  • Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery (with photos of the parcel and product) if there is any damage or issue.

3. Condition of Product


  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging for a return or exchange to be approved.

4. Process


  • Email or WhatsApp us with:

    Clear photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect item



  • After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund (as per your preference).

5. Non-Returnable Items


  • Opened, used, or custom-packed perfumes are non-returnable.

  • Sample packs and gift sets are also non-refundable once delivered in good condition.
